Full Time Employee (FTE) Model

Under this model, staff work exclusively for client's accounting firm. This model offers greater control as they (Client) help plan and manage the work for each FTE (Full Time Employee) while we track and report the status of each outsourced job. Fixed fees are agreed in advance.

Ad hoc/Pay As You Go Model

Under this model, actual usage is metered and client pay only for as much capacity as they use. We invoice them at the end of the month and only charge them for the hours they’ve used. This model is similar to the FTE model in the sense that they get skilled dedicated staff working exclusively on your tasks except only for a pre-defined period. There is no volume discount available on this model.

Block-Of-Hours Model

Similar to the Ad-hoc model, except this allows client to buy pre-paid blocks-of-hours (10, 20, 50, and 100) with an attractive volume-based discount. As hours are delivered, they are deducted from the total number purchased.
